MANAGEMENT
The PCCI is managed by an Executive Committee elected through franchise every two year. The committee is responsible for formulation and execution of plans and programs under the broad policy framework of the general body. The executive committee comprises of a president ,two vice presidents (commerce and industry), a secretary general, a deputy secretary general, a treasurer, and 15 other board member. In aid of the executive committee the following sub-committee are in operation in the Chamber:

Besides, PCCI has an Advisory Committee of the past presidents to guide and provide necessary advice to the Executive Committee.
17 full-time staff members are engrossed in day to day management of the Chamber Secretariat. The secretariat is well equipped with modern means of office management and communication like computers, fax, photocopier, and Internet. Besides, the secretariat has the following conference and meeting facilities:
An auditorium hall accommodating 500 persons
A conference hall accommodating 60 persons
A Training hall
There is a five storey multipurpose building which has following facilities:
A conference hall (Amrit Kakshya) accommodating 100 persons
