Workshop on workplace cooperation
PCCI, FNCCI and ILO had organized a workshop on workplace cooperation on 12 January 2010. The program was innaugurated by organizing an opening ceremony. Mr. Mankaji Makaju president of PCCI was the chairman of the ceremony. Mr. Roman Awik from ILO/FNCI and Mr. Yagyaman Shakya legal advisor of FNCCI was the facilitator of the workshop.
The workshop was organized with the objectives to develop cooperative environment to work between the employer and employees in the organization. In the workshop there were presentations and disscussions about workplace cooperation, internal workplace rules, grievance procedure, important arrangements when setting grivance procedure etc. There were 40 participants actively participated in the workshop.
